A Glance of  La Numa Villas

Name La Numa Villas  is taken from the name of children of the  owners. We have decided to choose a name La Numa  to create a service concept as family espcially Balinese service concept who serve with heart in professional manner.

La Numa Villas  is a complex of 6 units  Private Pool, The Private villas  blend  privacy and tranquillity with the convenience of  genuine Balinese Hospitality. The ideal villas for honeymooners, discerning travellers, romantic couple.  All villas are styled in mixed of  Balinese design  with contemporary elegand,  each with a private swimming pool set in vinbrant surronding tropical garden.

Airport Pick Up and Drop Off is also available for La Numa Villa  at very affordable cost.  The service uses MPV type of Vehicle that can bring up to 4 persons in a vehicle with spacious trunk. Make sure to book your airport and pick up drop off through our staff.

Sightseeing

Art & Volcano Kintamani Tour

After breakfast at your hotel, then drive through intersting place. Watching traditional Balinese “Barong Dance” at Batubulan, visiting Celuk to see gallery of handicraft; Tampaksiring to see the hollowed spring of Tirta Empul. The water are believed to have magic curative power; Kintamani where we can discover Mt. Batur. At the lookout point on the outer of the 11 km wide crater cauldron, you have breathtaking view of the stark volcanic cone of Mt. Batur, 1,717 meters high, beside the placid blue lake. Lunch is served here. On the return, we visit Gunung Kawi Temple, a complex of rock-hewn candies and monks’ cells. From the lookout above the long stairway, ghostly habitations appear on the far side of he valley. The young River Pakerisan bubbles down over boulders, as it winds through the rice terraces.

East Bali Treasure Tour

A full day excursion to the eastern part of Bali with visits to : the ancient “Court of Justice” at KLUNGKUNG, the fishing village of KUSAMBA with its brightly colored outrigger canoes lining the black sand shores, the sacred GOA LAWAH or “Bat Cave” whose walls literally vibrate with thousands of bats. At the village of TENGANAN, you’ ll visit the most conservative of the Bali Aga – the “Original” Balinese, where within this jealously guarded, walled village, life goes on according to their ancient customs and traditions. Then you’ ll enter AMLAPURA, the main town of East Bali. At Puri Agung Karangasem, long served as the residence of the Karangasem dynasty, the austere three – tiered gate, penetrating the thick walls of rd brick, is a notable introduction to Karangasem architecture. North Countryside Tour

A full day excursion to the northern part of Bali with a visit to the lovely Lake Bratan on the climbing and winding mountain road, stop at Bedugul, the picturesque mountain resort with its cool atmosphere and the temple of Ulundanu, honoring the goddess of the lake. Then visit the Gitgit waterfall, follow a footpath to the site of the waterfall with a distance of 800 meters. Continues to the hot Springs at Banjar village, which also has a Buddhist monastery. Then onto Pupuan. A long this road we can see a beautiful panorama of terraced rice field and coffee plantation. Lunch will be served at local Restaurant.

Half Day Ubud Handicraft Tour

An interesting tour covering the art handicraft centers of Bali : CELUK, the gold and silver work center ; MAS, the woodcarving center where you can wander through the gallery of a master carver to admire the beautifully carved wooden pillars, and UBUD, the Balinese painting colony. Here you’ll also visit a museum, which displays sculptures and paintings in chronological order, giving you a clear view of the modern movements in Bali’s art centers.

Half Day Sunset Tanah Lot Tour

A very romantic afternoon tour. Tour begins with visit to PURA TAMAN AYUN, it a most beautiful temple at MENGWI, then proceed to the sacred monkey forest of KEDATON with its hundreds of monkeys. And arrive on time at the remarkable temple of TANAH LOT, another of Bali’s famous scenic wonders. Suspended on a huge rock offshore and set apart from the mainland by a stone basin, it is the most romantic and indescribable view for your eyes and camera, when the temple dissolves into a striking silhouette against the simmering evening sky.

Free Car parking is avaibale onside, with fully security control.

Check out time
Please check out by 12 noon  and  remember to return your room’s key to Front Office at the Lobby.

Villa Belonging
Villa amenities is only use during stay in Villa, Guest are not allowed to  take home the vila amenities, unless having approval from management.

Doctor
Should you require the service of a doctor, please contact our Front Desk  by dial “0”

Do Not Disturb
If  you need  your own privacy please hang up the “Do not Disturb” sign on the door knob outside the room.

Damage / Loss
The guests are responsible for damage/loss made to the property during the stay

Minibar is availble in your room with snack and drink available. Please see the price list for detail.

Safety Box
An electronic safe is located in wardrobe for the safekeeping of your personal belonging. The hotel is not responsible for the lost of valuable unattended in your room

La Numa Canggu Villas  actively promote a smooke –free environment in the room, please refrain from smoking in the room.

Wake up call
Please contact  Front Desk by dialing “0”to arrange wake up call.

Water
The water coming from all taps in the villa and residence is not drinkable. We provide mineral water in your room for drinking complimentary and will be replaced two bottles everyday.

Visitor
All Visitor are required to register themself upon check in.

Driving
Keep your eyes open when you are driving and beware of motorbike. It is best to rent a car with full insurance as it will save time and money if you are involved in an accident. Always drive and ride on the left side,  Having driving licence is a MUST.

Attending Balinese Ceremonies
Religious guidelines:

1. Always wear sarong and sash
2. Do not walk in front of people praying
3. Do not use a flash camera or point your camera into the priest’s face
4. Never sit higher than the priest or the offerings
5. At cremation, do not get in way to attendees
6. Women are not allowed to enter temples during her periods.
7. When attending special ceremonies or anniversaries as a guest, small donations are gratefully received

Dangerous Sport
Make sure you either have personal insurance or travel insurance that will cover any accidents

Money Changers
Be careful when changing your money. Check the exchange rate and commission (if any) the money changer is taking. Most important, always count your money in front of the teller prior to leaving the premises and it is advisable to bring your own calculator, as the one used by some places can be a little inaccurate

Petty Crime 

1. Put your money away in your waist bag or hold into your handbag tightly
2. When changing large amounts of money please check each note carefully as there are a number of (noticeable) fake notes in circulation
3. When trying on garments do not take your jewelry off and leave it lying around. Give it to a friend or leave it in the room/villa safe.
